A driver was hospitalized with moderate injuries after reportedly running a red light and crashing into another vehicle in Palm Springs on Wednesday morning, April 09, 2025.
The Palm Springs Police Department responded to the two-vehicle crash around 7:00 a.m. at the North Palm Canyon Drive and Racquet Club Road intersection.
According to PSPD, the driver was heading southbound on North Palm Canyon Drive when they ran a red light and struck a vehicle traveling westbound on Racquet Club.
The driver who ran the red light sustained moderate injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. There is no word yet on the condition of the other driver involved.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Palm Springs Police.
