[04-09-2024] Two People Hospitalized After Vehicle Rear-Ended Parked Van in Mission HillsTwo people were hospitalized after a vehicle rear-ended a parked van in Mission Hills, Los Angeles, early Tuesday morning, April 9, 2024.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. in the 10600 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard.

Reports indicate that a sedan crashed into the back end of a parked van, pushing it into another parked vehicle. Upon arrival, authorities found the driver of the damaged sedan with leg injuries and a female passenger trapped inside. Hydraulic cutters were used to free the victim.

Both the driver and the passenger were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. 

No further information was immediately available, and the authorities are still gathering the necessary details to determine the factors leading up to the incident.
