[04-01-2024] Two People Hospitalized Following Hit-And-Run Vehicle Collision in FlorenceTwo people were hospitalized following a hit-and-run vehicle collision in Florence, Los Angeles County, on Monday night, April 1, 2024.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash happened around 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of 85th Place and South Broadway.

Authorities stated that two people were found trapped inside one of the involved vehicles. Both were extricated and transported to the hospital in unknown condition. 

Police said that the driver of the other involved vehicle fled the scene. At this time, there are no available descriptions of the hit-and-run driver. 

No further information was released, and the authorities are gathering all necessary details to determine the cause of the collision.
