A woman was killed, and a man was left in critical condition following a hit-and-run collision involving a Lamborghini and a Toyota SUV in Hancock Park, Los Angeles, early Monday morning, March 31, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash was reported shortly before 1:30 a.m. near 1st Street and Highland Avenue.
Emergency responders discovered two occupants inside the Toyota — a female passenger and a male driver. Both sustained severe injuries.
The woman was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The male victim was listed in critical condition.
Investigators believe the Lamborghini was traveling northbound on Highland Avenue when it collided with the Toyota, which was headed eastbound on 1st Street.
According to Officer Cervantes, the Lamborghini driver abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene, initiating a hit-and-run investigation.
No description of the Lamborghini driver has been released at this time.
