A 2-year-old boy sustained a black eye after being struck by a vehicle on Winchester Boulevard near Vasona Terrace in Los Gatos, Santa Clara County, on Friday evening, March 28, 2025.
According to reports, the incident occurred at approximately 7:10 p.m. when the child ran across the street to see his father.
The driver of the vehicle reportedly refused to exit their car and continued to park in their parking spot at an apartment complex.
The child’s father and grandmother accompanied him to the hospital for evaluation.
No other visible injuries were reported.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
