A motorcyclist died after rear-ending a car and being ejected into traffic on Highway 4 in Brentwood on Wednesday morning, March 25, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 12:45 a.m., just past the Sand Creek Road exit.
After rear-ending the car, the motorcyclist was ejected onto the highway lanes, where he was struck by multiple vehicles.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, while no one else was injured. The identity of the motorcyclist has not been released pending notification of relatives.
The investigation remains ongoing.
