[03-22-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Injured After Three-Vehicle Crash Sends Car Into Doughnut Shop in Westmont.webpOne person was injured after a three-vehicle crash sent a car into a doughnut shop in the unincorporated Westmont area of South Los Angeles on Sunday night, March 22, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 11:28 p.m. at West Century Boulevard and South Normandie Avenue. The vehicles involved included a blue sedan, a red car, and a dark sedan.

A witness stated that a vehicle ran a red light, collided with another vehicle, and triggered a chain reaction that sent a blue sedan into a doughnut shop.

Emergency responders found one person trapped inside the building. Firefighters assisted the individual, who was later seen on a gurney and conscious at the scene.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
