Two people were airlifted to the hospital following a three-vehicle crash in Oceanside on Saturday night, March 15, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 9:42 p.m. near the 5900 block of North River Road. One of the vehicles overturned as a result of the crash.
The Oceanside Police Department initially responded to the scene and requested CHP assistance due to the crash occurring near jurisdictional boundaries.
Emergency personnel determined that two individuals required immediate medical transport. Both victims were flown to a hospital via Life Flight Mercy Air 5. Their current conditions have not been disclosed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. No further details are available at this time.
