A woman sustained major injuries following a hit-and-run crash in Fresno County on Wednesday night, February 12, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:10 p.m. in the area of Chestnut and Shields, where a pickup truck struck the woman before fleeing the scene.
Emergency responders transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
