[02-06-2026] San Diego County, CA – Multi-Vehicle Collision Slows Traffic on Northbound I-15 in Fallbrook.webpA multi-vehicle collision disrupted traffic on northbound Interstate 15 in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Friday evening, February 6, 2026, after a driver experiencing a medical emergency struck several vehicles.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred between Old Highway 395 and State Route 76 and involved a semi-truck, a sedan, and a pickup truck.

Initial reports indicated a possible hit-and-run, though investigators later determined the driver of the pickup truck continued driving due to a medical emergency.

The driver of the pickup truck was transported to a nearby hospital. The involved parties were reported to have suffered injuries of unknown severity.

Traffic on the northbound I-15 and the State Route 76 exit ramp was slowed as crews assessed the scene and worked to clear the roadway.

The CHP continues to investigate the collision.
