[01-14-2025] Three People Injured, One Critically, After Three-Vehicle Crash in Sunset DistrictThree people were injured, including one critically, after a three-vehicle collision in San Francisco’s Sunset District on Tuesday afternoon, January 14, 2025.

According to the San Francisco Police Department, the crash occurred around 3:20 p.m. at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Santiago Street. 

Fire officials used the Jaws of Life to rescue one individual trapped inside a vehicle. That person was transported to a trauma center in serious condition.

Two other individuals sustained injuries and were hospitalized in stable condition. All three victims are expected to survive, police confirmed.

The intersection was temporarily closed as authorities investigated the cause of the crash.
